We typically offer inspections within 24–48 hours of your request, depending on availability.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
You’re not required to attend, but we highly recommend it. You’ll gain valuable insight and can ask questions in real time.

Do you offer re-inspections?
Yes. If repairs are made after the initial inspection, we offer follow-up inspections (at a fraction of the initial inspection cost) to verify that work was completed properly.
